Jess is a digital strategy consultant and fractional leader with over a decade of experience helping organizations make sense of their marketing and use their resources well.

She’s worked across higher education, nonprofits, and small to mid-sized organizations, helping teams connect their message, their channels, and their goals so marketing feels more intentional and less reactive.

Her work focuses on getting clear about what’s actually working, where things are getting stuck, and what’s worth prioritizing next. Jess helps teams simplify their approach, strengthen their foundations, and build plans they can realistically execute — without burning out staff or overspending on tools and agencies.

Jess partners with leaders who want experienced guidance and a thoughtful sounding board, but don’t need another full-time role or layers of management. She brings both strategic perspective and hands-on problem solving to help teams move forward with confidence.

Outside of client work, Jess is building a small product-based business, which keeps her grounded in the realities of running lean, testing ideas, and making decisions with limited time and budget.
